2. Soundscheme

KDE System Sounds allows you to assign sounds to various sytem events. When such an event (like "Window open") occurs, the sound file that has been associated to that sound file will be played back.

Currently only WAV files are supported by the KDE System Sound Module.

In the top window all actions and the associated sounds are displayed. You canīt change this assignment. To do this use the KDE soundsystem. Pressing the Playbutton, the sound for the selected action is played.

From the bottom Listbox you can chose different soundschemes. If you choose No Sounds, KTheme disables sounds. By selecting Current Scheme, KTheme doesnīt change sound settings.
