timsac : Time Series Analysis and Control Program Package

R package 'timsac' has been developed by TIMSAC maintenance and improvement
 group, Masami Saga, Junji Nakano, Yoshiyasu Tamura and Seisho Sato,
 The Institute of Statistical Mathematics.

The original TIMSAC program package was developed by several members of
 The Institute of Statistical Mathematics including Hirotugu Akaike.
