_A_n _a_n_n_o_t_a_t_i_o_n _d_a_t_a _f_i_l_e _t_h_a_t _m_a_p_s _K_E_G_G _p_a_t_h_w_a_y _i_d_s _t_o _L_o_c_u_s_L_i_n_k

_D_e_s_c_r_i_p_t_i_o_n:

     KEGGPATHID2EXTID maps KEGG pathway ids to LocusLink (for human,
     mouse, and rat) or Open Reading Frame (for yeast) ids

_D_e_t_a_i_l_s:

     This is an environment object containing key and value pairs. Keys
     are KEGG pathway ids and values are LocusLink ids for human,
     mouse, and rat or Open Reading Frame (ORF) ids for yeast. Values
     are vectors of length 1 or greater depending on whether a pathway
     id can be maapped to one or more LocusLink or ORF ids. NAs are
     assigned to KEGG pathway ids that can not be mapped to any
     LocusLink or ORF ids. 

     KEGG pathway ids are the identifiers used by KEGG for various
     pathways.

     Mappings between KEGG pathway ids and pathway names can be
     obtained through another environment named PATHID2NAME.
