This is the released version of cliProfiler; for the devel version, see cliProfiler.
A package for the CLIP data visualization
Bioconductor version: Release (3.21)
An easy and fast way to visualize and profile the high-throughput IP data. This package generates the meta gene profile and other profiles. These profiles could provide valuable information for understanding the IP experiment results.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.5") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")
BiocManager::install("cliProfiler")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
